breakfast 6/25
i made my first post of coffee! hahah.
and i don’t like coffee, but i figured i could get the caffeine i need form coffee, not soda. but anyway, i put this creamer in it, that’s like, a hershey’s chocolate and caramel. i don’t know, it’s tasty.
and then i had like, 1 1/2 whole grain low fast waffles with butter and jelly on them.

i’ve been slacking with my posting, but yeah.
tonight for dinner i had a black bean burger with ketchup and mac and cheese. :)
lunch 6/7
i am currently drinking my lunch. i’m having a Total Lean Lean Shake for lunch.
it’s a meal substitute with a ton of protein, so yeah. it’s pretty good. i’ve never had one before, and it’s not bad. i need to buy more of them. they come in four in a pack, already mixed and refrigerated. it’s swiss chocolate flavored!
maybe i’ll make a fruit salad, too. just to get some actual food in my stomach so i don’t workout on an empty stomach.

mmm, dinner time!
i made one of the vegetarian chicken patties, put it on a bun, and put chick-fil-a sauce on it, yummm.
and i’m eating some salt and vinegar chips. and they’re really not bad for you except for the amount of salt. but i don’t eat anything high in salt like, ever. so i treat myself to some of these sometimes.
and i’m drinking that 10 calorie dr. pepper stuff. because i love caffeine.

i had a small piece of my spinach quiche that i had made last night, and i had a big smoothie that i made! c:
my smoothie has frozen strawberries, with a fresh banana and a fresh peach, a dash of milk, and some light vanilla yogurt. SO GOOD. c:

i made a spinach quiche! it was from a vegetarian website, and it was easy to make, and super delicious! it was really light and airy. yum!

i heated this thing in the microwave tonight that was a vegetarian black bean enchilada with rice, and it wasn’t very good. i only ate a couple bites and then threw it away.
so then i went to my neighbors because she had cooked dinner and she made burgers, mac and cheese, and asparagus. so i ate some mac and cheese and asparagus.
and my dessert bar things that i made were SOOO GOOOOD. omg, delicious.

i need new things for breakfast. i’m tired of my usual stuff. and i just tried to eat some biscuits, but they’re just so hard, wah.
maybe i’ll just eat some fruit, and then eat an earlier lunch.
ugh. or maybe i’ll eat a waffle and put butter and jelly on it and pretend it’s a biscuit, ha.
